Ice Fantasy(幻城)

Ice Fantasy (幻城) is a novel wrote by Guo Jingming (郭敬明) when he studying his high school. This novel recorded his dream. His dream is illusive but brought me a feeling that the dream is real.

I learned a lot in this novel, or maybe it is actually what the author trying to convey to us. The idea passed through the novel are the desire of looking forward for freedom and critical love. However, i felt the novel is real as it showed the character used the wrong method to express his love and we need to pay for freedom. Deep resignation is showed through out the novel. It is just like in our life, everyone is chasing what they want, even the aim is different, but everyone has the same persistence. Everyone willing to pay as much even everyone has different thought, yet everyone face the same sorrow.

From the novel, i also learned that sometimes we cant get what we want even we pay as much effort as we can. After all, dream is just a dream, reality is not a fairy tale, reality is always cruel for us. Thus, cherish. Cherish the one we love and the one who love. Bless. Do not forget the one who can dash ahead for us. At least, I am not the one who have nothing at all, I am not alone.

Beauty

Beauty, a boundary which everyone aspired. Generally, no one will refuse pretty, no matter in objects or hearts. For me, beauty are usually unnoticeable and hidden. The definition for beauty is special and it consist in everywhere.

Beauty not necessary point to fancy or bright colours, black and white can be attractive too. That is why black and white never been eliminate and shift out from the fashion. It is just like a flower, colourful flower is not always the aromatic flower but a white flower is.

In our daily life, it is almost impossible for us to be seized of perfect. The ideal we owned is not certifiably perfect as well. An accident or a scar can cause an object to be more artistry, it is just depend on our point of view. Same to our life, our life seem to be flawless because there is emotion and wounds. Wounds is the activator for us to grow up, it make us notice the existing of love as well. We can see that the one who loves us is always be with us when we hurt,especially our mother. The love from a mother can be said as the most pretty exist in this world ever. The love of a mother is unable to be replace by any other things that we owned or we do not have it.

In my opinion, beauty is just a state of mind, we can only feel it with our heart and must not be affected by any other element. Beauty is everywhere around us, it can be found in an article or a song too!

3 Idiots

3 idiots is a Indian comedy drama directed Rajkumar Hirani. It is a movie which brings a lot of sentiments and thought. The synopsis of the movie is about the college life of three students who became best friends with different aim in their life.

After watching the movie, the first thought come into my mind is to live at the moment. We should always adjust our mood and the way of thinking when we face problems and predicaments. Do not lock ourselves in a framework, trying to break our own limit and create unlimited possibilities. This movie also told me to try to understand myself. As in usual, our accomplishment and the sense of achievement come from what we like to do. Use the knowledge we gain in our daily life but not just by memorizing.

This movie also lead me to think of if the graduating certificate really important for us? The certificate is just a paper which make us easier to get a job after we graduate, it will not change our value if we are not handling well the knowledge we learned. The ability of applying our knowledge and use it in our life is the only way we can determine our value. This thought came to me while in the ending of the movie

The movie brought me a different view and perspective. It is difficult to say which is the better trade. One can become the master of his trade provided he is diligent and tries hard. Do not commit suicide just for the little troubles we face at that moment, think differents, we will found that solutions is always more than problems. Always remember the one we love and the one care about us, believe that everything will be fine in our life.

Vegetarian

Being a vegetarian is getting more and more popular nowadays. This phenomenon is mainly caused by the influences of Buddhism. In the meanwhile, western country people thinks that being a vegetarian can help them get healthier.

Is it wrong if not be a vegetarian? Most Buddhist is a vegetarian as Buddhism tell their believer to ahimsa. So I think that being a vegetarian is just for Buddhist to impetrate ease in their soul and spirit. It is a way of showing their love on animals and living things.

Unfortunately, there are some people who distorted the original intention of being a vegetarian. It makes them looks like a heresy as they are brainwashing people that having meats is like a evil creature, destroys life and will get punished in the end. These kinds of people never realize that plants are actually a complete living things that they are actually still destroying lives. Over millions bacteria will die in one breathe or a single swallow of water. Thus, we should not take vegetarian too serious until forcing our friends or family become vegetarian like us, but always remember the initial intention of become a vegetarian.

Is it have to show the love by being vegetarian? No. People who not a vegetarian but always give out the help to child abuse also show their love. They are better than someone who is vegetarian but do not care about the society.

In short, being a vegetarian is just to cultivate ourselves. Being a vegetarian will not lead us to become better than any other but teach us to love each other. There is no right or wrong, or a moral norm for us to become a vegetarian or omnivorous. Do not change the goodwill into impel.
